Hakko Sabo is a cafe with a fermentation theme, where you can enjoy light meals and sweets such as miso pork buns and amazake koji bean buns. The highlight is the fermented gelato, developed in collaboration with Gelateria Sumi-ya, a gelato specialty shop in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. You can choose from three flavors: sake lees orange peel, amazake milk, and miso cream cheese.
